By Parra was founded by Dutch artist Pieter ‘Parra’ Janssen, who has been residing in Amsterdam for a number of years. The brand focuses on presenting his unique illustrative style through the use of clothing.

One of Parra’s distinguishing features is the iconic color combination of azure blue, rose red, magenta pink, and jet black. Against a white or grey backdrop like a t-shirt or a sweatshirt, this combination stands out like no other. It truly is wearable art that remains timeless.

Parra is most recognized for his collaboration with the Dutch brand Patta, where he created the logo and various early prints. He is also renowned for his partnerships with Nike – which include multiple sneaker collaborations, as well as contributions to Nike SB, such as designing uniforms for the Olympic skate team!
